Minecraft's commands work like cheats once you enable them. These are the ones people look up most, in Java Edition format.
How to enter cheats
- Turn on cheats. On a new world set Allow Cheats to ON, or for an existing world open it to LAN with Allow Cheats on (Java).
- Press T or / to open chat.
- Type the command and press Enter. Tab auto-completes command names and item IDs.
⚠️ Before you cheat
- Turning on cheats disables achievements on Bedrock (consoles, mobile and Windows) for that world, permanently.
- Commands shown are Java Edition syntax. Bedrock uses mostly the same ones with small differences (e.g. /xp 30L @s).
- /kill with @e can delete pets and item frames, so target specific types.
